Lash Stylist – Lure Lash (Somerville, NJ)

Lure Lash is seeking a passionate and motivated Eyelash Extension Stylist to join our team at our Somerville location.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality eyelash extension services while creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for every client. We’re looking for someone who is eager to grow with our company, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and values a positive culture where stylists support and help build each other’s success.

We offer competitive commission rates and opportunities for advancement within our growing brand. Stylists with an existing client base are eligible for a higher commission rate.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed cosmetologist or esthetician (as required by NJ State Board)

Willingness to be trained on other services

A team player who values collaboration and professional growth

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Passionate about the beauty industry and helping clients look and feel their best

Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role is preferred.

Strong knowledge of sanitation practices in the beauty industry.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple appointments.

Sales experience is a plus, along with familiarity with beauty products.

Must be able to work on Saturdays

Must be an NJ Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist -Student permit accepted.
