About the Role We are opening a local insurance agency and are looking for licensed Life and Health Advisors to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position—not a contract role—offering steady work and the chance to help shape a new agency from the ground up.

The role centers on guiding individuals through their options with clarity and care. You’ll be part of a small, committed team focused on supporting clients and building a reliable presence in the community.

Responsibilities

Talk with eligible individuals and help them compare and select plans that fit their needs.

Make sure all conversations and enrollments follow required guidelines.

Clearly explain coverage benefits, costs, and next steps in the enrollment process.

Keep accurate records of client interactions and plan selections.

Work with carriers and team members to ensure applications move smoothly from start to finish.

Qualifications

Active Life and Health insurance license.

At least 2 years of life and health advising or enrollment experience.

Comfortable working with clients by phone or in person.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Familiar with CRM tools and web-based systems.

Compensation & Benefits

$22 per hour with additional commission opportunities.

First-year earnings typically exceed $50,000 to $70,000 with higher potential as the agency grows.
