Comprehensive Home Health Solutions (CHHS) is a locally owned, clinician-led home health agency serving Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and surrounding communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing clinical team.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under the supervision of an RN.

Complete patient assessments and document visits accurately.

Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

Perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures.

Educate patients and families on disease management and home care.

Communicate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.

Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

Current Nevada LPN License.

1–3 years of nursing experience required.

Home health experience preferred but not required.

Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain before start).

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
