LTC Scripts is seeking an experienced Long Term Care Pharmacist (RPh) to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who thrives in a fast-paced LTC environment, understands compliance, and wants to be part of a collaborative, high-performance pharmacy team.

You will work under the guidance of our Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), Nick, and play a key role in supporting our expanding long-term care facility partnerships.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

Active NJ Pharmacist License (in good standing)

Strong experience in Long Term Care pharmacy

Proficiency with FrameworkLTC system (required)

Knowledge of:

Cycle fill

IV antibiotics (preferred)

Controlled substance regulations

Emergency kits

ALF & SNF workflows

Strong communication skills with nurses, DONs, and facility administrators

Team-oriented mindset

Flexible with scheduling (including some evening/weekend rotation if needed)

Order verification and clinical review

Consulting with LTC facilities

Supervising technicians and workflow

Ensuring compliance with state and federal LTC regulations

Supporting packaging operations (bingo cards / unit dose)

Collaborating closely with the PIC and leadership team
