Full-Time MA-Level Therapist (Pre-Licensed) Manchester, NH | 32 hours/week | Hybrid Blue Lotus Wellness, LLC is seeking a Full-Time, MA-level Pre-Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our collaborative and heart-centered team at our Manchester office. This role is available immediately and offers a flexible hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office, and at least one evening per week is required. What You’ll Do • Provide individual (and some couples) therapy to adults • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians • Integrate (or learn to integrate) trauma-informed and holistic approaches • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation • Maintain a minimum productivity caseload of 25 clients • Participate in supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is: • MA-level, pre-licensed clinician (LCMHC or LICSW track preferred) • Interested in or experienced with trauma-informed care • Open to working with adults and couples • Curious about integrative and alternative healing modalities • Clinically strong, tech-comfortable, and eager to grow • Collaborative, creative, and aligned with a values-driven practice Experience with or openness to modalities such as Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, Hypnosis, Expressive Arts, Yoga, Reiki, Mindfulness, or Somatic approaches is highly valued. Starts as FFS (until productivity requirement is met), then changes to salary and full benefits. Benefits plan starts 90 days from hire date.
