Job Summary

We are an MD VIP Concierge primary care practice that empowers people to reach their health and wellness goals through in-depth knowledge, expertise and ongoing coaching. We have an immediate opportunity for a full-time Medical Assistant to join our team.

The desired applicant must have the following professional skills: be a multitasking achiever with ability to seamlessly work between the front and back office.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in an Internal Medicine office is required for this position

Excellent teamwork, customer service and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, ability to self manage time and tasks

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with patients, physicians, and coworkers in a tactful, information and service oriented manner.

AthenaHealth experience preferred

Job Responsibilities

Answering the phones, triaging patient cases, scheduling appointments, faxing, scanning documents.

Phlebotomy & EKG's

Patient check-in and check-out

Administering vaccines and injections

Other clinical medical assistant duties as deemed necessary
