The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong industry knowledge, a proven track record in residential lending, and the ability to recruit, mentor, and motivate a team of loan officers while continuing to build personal production. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Lead, recruit, train, and mentor a team of Loan Officers • Originate residential mortgage loans while managing branch production goals • Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, builders, financial advisors, and referral partners • Develop business strategies to grow branch volume and market presence • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company lending regulations • Monitor pipeline performance and help troubleshoot files to ensure smooth closings • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan process • Collaborate with operations and processing teams to improve efficiency and communication • Drive accountability, culture, and team performance Qualifications: Qualifications • An active NMLS license is required • Previous mortgage leadership or branch management experience preferred • Proven track record of mortgage production and relationship building • Strong understanding of conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and non-QM loan products • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Ability to recruit and develop talent • Strong problem-solving and sales abilities • Familiarity with LOS systems and mortgage technology platforms What We Offer • Competitive compensation structure with leadership overrides and production opportunities • Marketing and lead generation support • Access to a wide range of loan products and competitive pricing • Operations and processing support • Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company • Collaborative and business team environment • Flexible schedule and autonomy to build your branch Compensation • Commission + override structure • Performance-based bonuses • Earnings potential varies based on production and team growth Why Join Us?
