Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Split Shift)
Compensation: $35–$40/hour DOE

A loving, respectful high-net-worth family in Reno is seeking a warm, experienced, and proactive full-time Nanny to join their household team. The ideal candidate is confident managing a busy home with multiple children and has extensive experience with newborns and multiples.
The family has three children: two school-aged (in school 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM) and one 3-year-old who attends full-time preschool. They are also expecting their fourth child in mid-February (Valentine’s Day). This position is best suited for a professional nanny who thrives in a collaborative, child-focused household and is comfortable supporting both the children and household rhythms.
Monday through Friday
Split Shift: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Guaranteed full-time hours
Family provides a vehicle for all work-related driving
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for the children, especially the newborn
Confidently manage transitions for multiple children, including morning routines and after-school care
Support with bottle prep, feeding, diapering, baby laundry, and sleep schedules
Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities and outings
Keep children’s areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
Communicate daily with parents and work collaboratively with other household staff
Travel with the family as needed (school breaks, holidays, occasional weekends)
Minimum 3–5 years of professional nanny experience
Proven experience caring for newborns and multiple children simultaneously
Strong understanding of early childhood development
Proactive, calm, and organized under pressure
Flexible with schedule and occasional travel
Discreet, dependable, and excellent with communication
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to certify)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Competitive hourly pay ($35–$40/hour, depending on experience)
