Boca Raton, FL - Full Time Nanny/House Manager $62,400 per year
Looking for a full-time nanny for a family with 4 children ages 3, 5, 9 years old and a 3 month old. This role primarily focuses on caring for the 3 year old and the baby, while also providing support around the house. The two older children will be in school during the day. Seeking someone who is fluent in Spanish, since the children are trilingual (English, Polish, Spanish), with Spanish being the most important language for this role.
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Benefits: Guaranteed 40 hours every week, 2 weeks paid vacation, 2-4 sick/personal days, major holidays
Compensation: $30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Responsibilities:
- Childcare: Provide loving and attentive care for the 3 year old and the new baby, ensuring they are engaged in age-appropriate activities throughout the day.
- Household Support: Assist with general household tasks as needed, including light chores, occasional cooking, and helping the older children with their homework.
- Transportation: Occasionally pick up or drop off the older children from school or activities using the family car.
- Cooking: Prepare simple meals as needed, though this will not be a regular duty.
- Flexibility: Be adaptable to the needs of the household, supporting the family where needed most.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish; ability to help maintain and strengthen the children's language skills.
- Previous experience in childcare, particularly with infants and toddlers.
- Reliable, with a strong commitment to long-term employment.
- Standard vaccinations are required.
- Valid driver’s license; a family car is provided for work-related transportation.
- Provide 3-5 professional references.
- Must show proof of legal right to work in the US

- They recently moved to their new home, and the husband works from home.
- No pets are in the household, and there is no pool yet.
- The family spends summers in Europe and is often away in December, so the nanny will not need to travel with them.
