Full-Time Nanny in Hilton Head Island, SC $58,240 - $66,560 per year

Seeking a full-time nanny for a family with three children ages 5, 7, and 10 years old. The ideal candidate will be organized, nurturing, and efficient, with a passion for cooking, cleaning, and supporting a busy household.

• Pay: $28-$32 per hour
• Hours: Tuesday - Saturday  1pm-8pm, SUNDAY AND MONDAY OFF (Saturday or 1 day per week hours may change to 6:30am-2:30pm when mom travels).
• Guaranteed 40 Hours Per Week

• Start Date: Mid-January.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with morning routines, including breakfast and school prep.
• Provide nurturing care for three unique children
• Oldest child (10): Needs a calm presence and reassurance during stressful moments.
• Middle child (7): Energetic and creative, loves Legos.
• Youngest child (5): Requires nurturing care and enjoys being held and comforted.
• Encourage play, playing outdoors, and kindness.
• Assist with the bedtime routine when needed.
• Grocery shopping, meal planning, and preparation.
• Coordinate with the other household staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a nanny or in a related role.
• CPR/First Aid certified.
• Comfortable with cooking and meal prep.
• Driver’s license required, with mileage reimbursement provided.
• Strong organizational skills and an efficient work pace.
• Kind, patient, and nurturing demeanor.
• Ability to swim (pool on property).
• COVID vaccinated.
