Full-Time Nanny (Live-In or Live-Out) – Split Schedule – $28–$35/hr – Portsmouth, NH

A warm and active family is seeking a responsible, experienced full-time nanny to care for three school-aged children, ages 10, 7, and 5. The role is ideal for a nurturing, organized individual who thrives in a busy household and is looking for a long-term commitment. The position follows a split schedule and includes weekday and weekend shifts.

Schedule:

• Monday & Tuesday: 7:00 AM–10:00 AM and 2:30 PM–8:30 PM
• Wednesday: Morning coverage
• Friday: Evening coverage

• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (every other weekend)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $28–$35 per hour (based on experience)
• 4 weeks paid vacation per year
• Family car provided for work-related driving

Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent and engaging care for three school-aged children
• Assist with schoolwork, routines, and activities
• Encourage developmental and life skills in a structured environment
• Light household support, including making beds and organizing toys

• Occasional help with a friendly household dog (can accompany nanny to work)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional childcare experience
• Valid driver’s license (safe driving record)
• Comfortable with both live-in or live-out arrangements
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Looking for a long-term placement (1+ years)
• Provide 3-5 professional references

• Must have U.S work authorization
