Position Overview

A work-from-home mom in Austin (78703) is seeking a reliable, nurturing, and experienced full-time nanny/mother’s helper to care for her 7-month-old baby girl. The ideal candidate is confident with infants, knowledgeable about developmental milestones, and comfortable working collaboratively with a parent who is at home.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, loving care for a 7-month-old infant

Support age-appropriate developmental milestones through play and engagement

Follow feeding guidelines (child is currently allergic to dairy)

Maintain baby’s daily routine, including naps and feeding schedule

Light child-related household tasks (bottles, tidying play areas, baby laundry, etc.)

Communicate regularly with mom regarding baby’s progress and needs

Qualifications

CPR and First Aid certified (required)

Proven experience with infants and toddlers

Knowledgeable about early childhood development and milestone support

Comfortable with a parent working from home

Comfortable around dogs (family has one dog)

Dependable, patient, and proactive
