Full-Time Nanny Needed for Growing Family in Darien, CT- NEWBORN EXPERINCE REQUIRED!!

A warm and professional family in Darien, CT is seeking a nurturing, safety-conscious, and experienced full-time nanny for their 3-month-old baby. This is a long-term position with the opportunity to grow with the family, as they are planning to expand in the future.

Compensation:
$28–$32/hour gross, depending on experience and fit

Start date: ASAP

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (45–50 hours/week)
• Flexibility for occasional weekend help is a plus but not required.

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 2-4 sick/personal days, major holidays.

Responsibilities Include:

• Full-time infant care: feeding, diapering, soothing, and maintaining routines
• Engaging the child in age-appropriate developmental activities
• Supporting transitions and milestones as the child grows
• Working collaboratively with parents as a team
• Light child-related housekeeping (tidying up, baby laundry, etc.)
• Ensuring the baby’s environment is clean, organized, and safe
• Driving as needed (a clean driving record and valid license are required; no driving initially, but will be necessary in the future)

Qualifications:

• Extensive infant care experience
• 5 Plus Years of Career Nanny Experience
• Highly safety-conscious and has strong judgment
• Excellent communication skills
• Team-player mindset and a warm, intuitive demeanor
• Reliable, organized, and respectful of the family’s parenting style
• Looking for a long-term position with a loving and communicative family
• Comfortable working in a household with a regular cleaning service
• Must have reliable transportation and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• Provide 3-5 professional references
