Full-Time Nanny Needed – West Caldwell, NJ $64,064 - $85,800 per year

A warm and active family in West Caldwell, NJ is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their two young children (7 months and 2 years old). The ideal candidate is experienced, engaging, and confident managing two children at once, with a focus on supporting developmental milestones. Both parents work, one in financial services and the other as a police officer with a rotating weekend schedule.

Nanny Responsibilities:

• Care for a 7-month-old and 2-year-old during the day
• Prepare meals and snacks for the children
• Keep play areas and kitchen tidy
• Plan fun and educational activities
• Handle diapering, naps, and daily routines
• Drive children to activities or school if needed
• Supervise around the family pool (must know how to swim)
• Work alongside the children's grandmother when she's present
• Help out if dad is called into work unexpectedly
• Be comfortable with the family dog (friendly and crated)

Schedule:

• Tuesday to Friday- 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• Guaranteed 40 Hours Weekly

Compensation & Details:

• $25 Per Hour
• 2 Weeks Paid Vacation- 2 Sick/ 3 Personal Days

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Strong swimmer (home has a pool)
• Comfortable with pets (family has a large, trained dog)
• Willing to work cooperatively with involved family members (e.g., grandmother)
• Must provide 3-5 references
• Must have U.S. work authorization
