They are looking for someone who is gentle in nature, communicative, and committed to supporting their developmental milestones in a safe, loving environment. Responsibilities: Schedule: Monday – Friday: 10 AM – 4 PM • Provide attentive care for a 4-month-old, including feeding, diapering, naps, and interactive play • Engage in developmentally appropriate activities to support growth and learning • Maintain a calm and positive presence • Keep the play area and common spaces tidy, cleaning up after playtime and meals • During nap times, assist with baby-related tasks such as sanitizing bottles, cleaning baby dishes, tidying the play area, and doing/putting away the baby's laundry • Communicate openly with parents and be receptive to feedback • Practice safe hygiene, including consistent handwashing • Comfortable spending time in the home's lanai or outdoor area; neighborhood walks may be introduced once trust is established • Work respectfully alongside work-from-home parents and maintain professionalism Qualifications: Requirements: • 3 years of professional childcare experience • Must be 18 years or older • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work • Previous infant care experience required • Reliability is essential • Strong communication skills and attentiveness • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) • Clean background check and professional childcare references (no family or friend references) • Ability to safely lift and carry an infant and get on the floor to play • Non-Smoker Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly
