Nanny / Tutor (3-Month Contract) Location: Buda, TX Start Date: January 5 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Duration: 3-month contract Compensation: $25–$30 per hour

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, engaging caregiver/tutor to support a 7-year-old (1st grade) in a structured and nurturing environment. This role combines childcare with academic support and enrichment activities. The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, and able to provide consistency while fostering learning and creativity.

Responsibilities

Prepare a light lunch daily

Plan and lead age-appropriate enrichment activities (art, painting, drawing, etc.)

Provide approximately 2 hours per day of academic support, focusing on basic reading, writing, and math

Ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment

Support the child’s emotional, social, and academic development

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of professional childcare or tutoring experience

Current CPR & First Aid certification

Clean background check

High-energy yet calm and composed demeanor

Ability to provide structure, routine, and consistency

Preferred Qualifications

Educational background or experience strongly preferred
