This is a wonderful opportunity for experienced caregivers who enjoy building meaningful connections with families while maintaining flexibility in their schedules. Scheduling Flexibility You choose the shifts that fit your availability. Once you are on the Twinkle Toes schedule, you can also pick up additional backup care shifts and babysitting opportunities, giving you the ability to grow your hours. Responsibilities: Typical Responsibilities Include: • Providing attentive care for infants, toddlers, and school-age children • Planning fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities • Supporting daily routines, including meals, naps, and playtime • Light housekeeping related to the children • Preparing simple meals and snacks for children • Maintaining a safe, organized, and nurturing environment Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years old • High school diploma or GED • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Minimum of 3 years of childcare or nanny experience • CPR certified or willing to obtain certification • Excellent childcare references • Clean driving, civil, and criminal background check We Are Looking for Nannies Who Are: • Warm, loving, and naturally engaging with children • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated • Flexible and able to adapt to different family environments Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
