Responsibilities: • Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support learning and growth • Take time to understand each child’s unique personality, interests, and needs • Foster development across academic, creative, social, and emotional areas • Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on progress and daily experiences • Safely transport children as needed using your own reliable vehicle • Build strong, trusting relationships with children by getting to know their unique personalities and needs • Assist with light child-related household tasks such as meal prep, tidying, and children’s laundry Qualifications: • Experience in childcare or a related field, demonstrating a genuine passion for nurturing and supporting children's growth • Ability to plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that cater to each child's unique needs and interests • Proven track record of building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families • Excellent communication skills to provide regular updates and collaborate effectively with parents • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for safely transporting children as needed. • Capability to manage light household tasks related to childcare, such as meal preparation and tidying up • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the varying schedules and needs of families in the Atlanta-Buckhead-Sandy Springs areas Compensation: $18 - $28 hourly
