    Starting in July:
The schedule will be Monday – Friday

The best nanny for this family will be dependable, kind, patient, engaging, and have prior experience caring for infants and toddlers. This is a full-time position working alongside a part-time nanny (starting in July 2026); each nanny will work together to divide and conquer the morning routine. Responsibilities will vary by day and may include taking the older children to school, while the other nanny takes care of the baby, providing care for the baby, or providing care for the children when they are home in the mornings. The nannies will also collaborate daily to complete light household tasks related to the children and help ensure the household runs smoothly. Until July, the Full-Time nanny will provide care to two of the children and take care of all the household tasks listed below.

On non-school days or mornings when the children are home, the nanny will help maintain the children’s daily schedule and routines while planning engaging activities throughout the day. This should include arts and crafts, sensory play, reading, and both indoor and outdoor play. The nanny should foster a nurturing and educational environment that supports the children’s development through creative play and outings such as visits to local parks, story times, playgroups, or other age-appropriate community activities.

The family values a nanny who is proactive in planning enriching activities, attentive to the children’s needs and routines, and comfortable providing brief daily updates and photos to the parents via text or the family’s preferred app. Both nannies must work well as a team, communicate effectively, and support one another to ensure the children are well cared for and household tasks are completed. A nanny with a reasonable commute who enjoys creating meaningful and engaging experiences both at home and in the community will be the best fit for this family.
