Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Fort Mill, SC, in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their two-year-old daughter. The nanny would typically be needed Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a guarantee of 32 hours per week.

The family is currently residing in an apartment home in north-central Fort Mill, SC, and plans to move to a home in south Fort Mill, SC, in Spring 2026.

The ideal nanny for this family will be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy, and will communicate actively throughout the day with photos, updates, and a thoughtful partnership approach. It is important that the nanny has strong experience with infants and toddlers and is able to navigate unpredictable days with calm, confidence, and ease. This nanny should feel comfortable caring for multiple children as the family grows over time. Throughout the day, the nanny should keep the child on a schedule to meet daily needs (e.g., napping, feeding, changing, and play) and be committed to maintaining routines that support healthy childhood development. The nanny should understand and practice gentle parenting, teach respect for surroundings, support toddler emotional regulation, assist with potty training, and have a solid grasp of early childhood development and learning concepts.

A playful and energetic nanny is essential. Throughout the day, the nanny should engage the child in reading books, singing songs, dancing, doing crafts, playing games, spending time outdoors and at playgrounds, going on walks, and participating in imaginative and educational activities. The nanny should bring fresh ideas for simple, no-cost, or low-cost outings. Some outings the child enjoys include library story time, visiting the pool, seeing animals at local farms, and other child-focused activities. Ideally, the nanny should be able to swim and feel comfortable around water, as the family is moving into a neighborhood with a community pool and would like the nanny to take the children to the pool and help build water confidence.

The family values open communication and collaboration and is looking for a nanny who is receptive to feedback and eager to grow with the family long-term, ideally for at least 3–4 years. This would align well with the family’s long-term vision.

    Nanny Responsibilities Include:

    • Navigate daily routines and occasional unpredictability
    • Follow and maintain schedules that support the children’s needs (e.g., nap schedules and routines)
