Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Total Weekly Hours: 36.5 Children: Two (18 months and 4 months) Pets: Two friendly, non-shedding dogs (Goldendoodle and Bernedoodle)
Position Overview
A loving, professional family in Liberty Hill, TX is seeking a full-time nanny to provide attentive, developmentally aligned care for their two young children. This role goes beyond childcare—it’s a long-term partnership built on trust, mutual respect, and shared commitment to structure, communication, and high standards. The right candidate will be deeply experienced with infants and toddlers, confident in navigating daily routines, and invested in becoming a valued extension of the family.
Core Responsibilities
Childcare & Development
Provide attentive, full-day care for both children, including feeding, diapering, dressing, napping and hygiene
Follow a structured sleep plan for the infant and uphold established nap schedule for the toddler
Engage in purposeful, age-appropriate activities: sensory play, story time, music, walks, and creative play
Support milestones and cognitive development through intentional routines and play
Track and share daily updates on naps, feedings, behaviors, and developmental notes
Household Support
Handle all child-related tasks: bottle preparation and sterilization, children’s laundry, tidying of play and dining areas, and dishwasher loading
Maintain an organized, safe, and clean environment in all children’s spaces
Monitor inventory of child-related supplies and communicate when items need restocking
Note: Deep cleaning is handled by a professional housekeeper bi-weekly
Qualifications
Required Experience & Attributes
3–5+ years of experience caring for infants and toddlers
Proven ability to manage the needs of two young children simultaneously
Confident implementing structured routines and infant sleep training
Strong understanding of early childhood development
Excellent communication and partnership with working parents
Emotionally mature, proactive, organized, and dependable
Comfortable in a conservative, Christian home environment
Must be dog-friendly
CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to complete prior to start)
This is a dedicated role—nannies may not bring their own children to work
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $30-35/hour
