    Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Mallard Creek in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their 4-month-old daughter. The nanny would be needed Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

    The nanny will be responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent daily schedule while supporting all aspects of care. They value a low-screen environment for their daughter and ask the nanny to prioritize hands-on interaction, play, and connection throughout the day. Limited personal phone use during working hours is appreciated, with the primary focus remaining on the child’s care, development, and daily activities.     Nanny Responsibilities Include:

    • Meeting daily scheduling needs of the child (Feeding, Changing, Napping)

    • Engaging with the child on an age-appropriate level

    • Playing with the child both inside and outside the home

    • Doing hands-on learning activities with the child

    Household Duties Include (Child is the first priority):

    • Child’s laundry and changing the child’s sheets weekly

    • Child’s meal prep, including preparing bottles and solids

    • Cleaning up the high chair and the surrounding area, as needed

    • Unloading/loading dishwasher, sterilizing, and putting away bottles

    • Wiping down kitchen counters

    • Sanitizing toys and frequently used surfaces by the child

    • Emptying diaper trash and stocking diapers and wipes

    Qualifications:

    • Have at least 3 years of professional nanny experience

    • Have a college degree or equivalent experience

    • Have a professional resume

    • Fill out a complete online application

    • Pass a pre-screening interview with Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency

    • Pass a national background check, including a driving record check

    • Pass a Drug and Alcohol screen

    • Have a valid driver’s license

    • Have safe and reliable transportation

    • Have a minimum of three professional references

    • Be non-smoking/vaping

    • CPR and First Aid Certified

    • Nanny should be fluent in English; any additional languages are a plus

    • Must be up to date on vaccinations, including TDAP, COVID, and MMR, prior to starting the position. In the fall, they will require the nanny to receive the annual flu shot and COVID booster.

    Start Date, Salary, and Benefits:

    • This position starts July 20th

    • Legal pay is offered at $25-$28 an hour, depending on experience

    • Continued pay while the family is away

    • Two weeks of paid time off
