Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in South East Charlotte in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their 9-month-old. The nanny would typically be needed Monday - Friday, 9: 00 am - 5:00 pm. On weeks when mom travels, the Nanny will be asked to stay until 6 pm a few days a week, but will be able to leave early on Friday.

The best nanny for this family would be dependable, responsible, warm, and have experience caring for infants. This individual will be fully child-focused, prioritizing the child’s needs while creating a nurturing and active environment. The ideal candidate enjoys planning and participating in age-appropriate activities, including daily walks, playing in the backyard, crafts, interactive play, and lots of reading.

Responsibilities will include supporting the child’s daily schedule and maintaining a consistent routine. The nanny should be attentive and engaged, ensuring the child remains active, curious, and supported throughout the day. This family is seeking a long-term nanny who values consistency and building a meaningful connection. The mom works from home, and the dad works from home on Fridays, so the nanny should be comfortable working in a collaborative, shared environment while maintaining professionalism.

Nanny Responsibilities Include:

• Meeting daily scheduling needs of the child (Feeding, Changing, Napping)

• Engaging with the child on an age-appropriate level

• Playing with the child both inside and outside the home

• Doing hands-on learning activities with the child

Household Duties Include (Child is first priority):

• Child’s meal prep, including making bottles, lunch, and snacks

• Sanitizing bottles with the Baby Brezza

• Wiping down kitchen counters

• Sanitizing toys and frequently used surfaces by the child

• Emptying the diaper pail

Qualifications:

• Have at least 3 years of professional nanny experience

• Have a college degree or equivalent experience

• Have a professional resume

• Fill out a complete online application

• Pass a pre-screening interview with Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency

• Pass a national background check, including a driving record check

• Have a valid driver’s license

• Have safe and reliable transportation

• Have a minimum of three professional references

• Be non-smoking/vaping

• CPR and First Aid Certified

• Nanny should be fluent in English; Spanish is a plus

• Must be up to date on the annual Flu Vaccine

Start Date, Salary, and Benefits:

• This position starts no later than June 15th

• Legal pay is offered at $25 an hour, depending on experience
