Full-Time Nanny in The Sherwood Forest Neighborhood of South Charlotte for a Infant Boy
Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in the Sherwood Forest neighborhood of South Charlotte in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their son, who is 11 weeks old. The nanny would typically be needed Monday - Friday 8:30/9:00 am - 4:30 pm/5:00 pm, some variances here and there.
The best nanny for this family would be warm, caring, reliable, and punctual. It is important that the nanny be experienced in caring for infants and toddlers, be up to date on the latest in baby care, and have an understanding of developmental milestones. During the day, the nanny would be asked to keep the baby on his routine and follow his cues, be interactive and engaging with him, foster a loving and educational environment, and encourage him to reach his milestones. Their son is quite young, and his interests and needs will evolve over time. Currently, he enjoys playing on his play gym, being read to, practicing milestones, and going for walks in the stroller. As he grows older, the nanny should be proactive in coming up with and incorporating fun activities into his day, like listening to music, arts and crafts, etc. The family has a playground in their neighborhood, and once their son gets old enough to enjoy the playground, the nanny and child can explore playing on the playground. There will be a nanny camera in public areas of the home, and the nanny must be comfortable with a nanny camera in the home. The ideal nanny would bond with their son, provide a safe and educational environment, and be with the family as long as they need a nanny.
