Nurse Practitioner – Phoenix, AZ
We are a busy, outpatient clinic in the Phoenix metro area specializing in the evaluation and treatment of personal injury and workers' compensation patients. Our clinic operates within an integrated network that includes chiropractic, neurology, pain management, and podiatry providing patients with coordinated, multi-disciplinary care from initial evaluation through case resolution.
The Role
We are looking for a full-time, bilingual (English/Spanish) Nurse Practitioner to join our medical team. You will conduct initial injury evaluations and follow-up visits, manage treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostics, and produce thorough, defensible clinical documentation in support of PI and workers' compensation cases.
Responsibilities
Perform initial injury evaluations and follow-up visits for personal injury and workers' compensation patients
Develop and manage treatment plans in coordination with a multi-specialty provider team
Order and review diagnostic imaging, labs, and specialist referrals as clinically indicated
Produce complete, compliant clinical documentation within our EHR system
Collaborate with chiropractic, neurology, pain management, and other treating providers
Communicate directly with Spanish-speaking patients throughout the care process
Requirements
Active Arizona APRN license
Master's or Doctorate in Nursing
National board certification (FNP, AGPCNP/ANP, or AGACNP/ACNP)
DEA registration or eligibility
Bilingual: fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Strong clinical documentation skills in a legally sensitive environment
Availability: Monday through Saturday (full-time schedule)
Preferred
Prior experience in personal injury, occupational medicine, or workers' compensation
Familiarity with LOP/lien-based and workers' compensation practice structures
Experience in a high-volume, multi-provider outpatient setting
