    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Office Admin Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on orders management, stock room maintenance, and administrative support within a busy office environment.

    🏢 Position Overview The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing and tracking orders, maintaining the stock room, and providing backup support to the main office assistant/ operations manager. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow up consistently with physicians to ensure timely order processing.

    🔹 Key Responsibilities

    Maintain and organize the stock room; monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed

    Process and track orders from initiation to completion

    Follow up with physicians to ensure orders are reviewed and signed in a timely manner

    Provide backup coverage for the main office assistant

    File, scan, and manage documentation accurately

    Assist with general administrative duties as needed

    Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and healthcare professionals

    🔹 Qualifications

    Previous office or administrative experience preferred

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    Excellent communication and follow-up abilities

    Comfortable working in a healthcare or medical office environment

    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    🔹 Schedule

    Full-time position

    Monday–Friday (hours to be discussed)
