We are a busy, growing septic service company looking for a reliable and organized Full-Time Office Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar
Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally
Dispatch and communicate with field technicians throughout the day
Respond to emails promptly and accurately
Enter customer and jobsite details into our database
File county manifests and submit county permit applications online
Assist with general office organization and administrative support
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with computers, email, and data entry
Professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor
Prior office or customer service experience preferred (industry experience a plus, but not required)
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Pay based on experience, plus room for growth
