We are a expanding Legal Copy Service looking for a dedicated Office Assitant/ Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. This is a FULL TIME IN OFFICE position located in Van Nuys, CA., offering the opportunity to work with a supportive, professional, and fast-paced team in the legal and medical records industry.
Job description:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Sorting, copying, faxing filing, mailings;
Assisting in opening, processing, distributing mail;
Scanning, copying, faxing; creating cd's;
Assist with in coming and out going calls as needed;
Helping sort documents for Petitions;
Will assist in all departments as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Basic computer skills
Able to work well with Others and meet deadlines
Legal experiience desired but not required.
Work well under pressure
Strong verbal communication skills including active listening.
Professional attitude and appearance
Able to work independently and in group settling.
Education: High school or equivalent
