Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to various age groups.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and classroom events.

Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.

Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Support the emotional and social development of students through guidance and mentorship.

Requirements:

Experience in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.

Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.

Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.

Relevant educational credentials (e.g., CDA, ECE degree) are a plus.

Background check clearance and references required.

Flexibility to adapt to various teaching scenarios and student needs.
