    Twinkle Toes has been connecting families and nannies in the South Charlotte area since 2022. We are urgently hiring for multiple part-time newborn positions that are available to start in January of 2026. An ideal candidate would be someone who has 3 or more years of childcare experience, is reliable, and has knowledge of safe sleep practices, bottle feeding, and developmental milestones. Responsibilities: • Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants and toddlers in a safe and loving environment. • Follow age-appropriate routines for feeding, naps, and playtime. • Prepare and serve bottles, meals, and snacks according to parents’ guidelines. • Engage children in age-appropriate educational and developmental activities (reading, singing, play, arts & crafts). • Support early childhood development, including motor, language, and social skills. • Supervise indoor and outdoor play to ensure safety at all times. • Maintain a clean and organized environment related to the children (toys, play areas, nursery, children’s laundry). • Monitor children’s health and promptly communicate concerns to parents. • Accompany children to activities, appointments, or outings as needed. • Communicate daily updates to parents regarding activities, meals, naps, and milestones. Qualifications: • Candidate must have three years of childcare experience. • CPR/First Aid certified OR willing to get certified. • Must be 18 years of age. • Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. • Excellent communication and time management skills. • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
