About us:
Access Veterinary Care is a veterinary clinic that focuses on providing affordable, accessible care for families in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and surrounding areas. Through community medicine that prioritizes quality, efficiency, and flexible care options, we believe that we can help reduce the burden of medical care and help keep animals with their families.
What we're looking for:
Access Veterinary Care has an opportunity for a (C)VT that is looking to practice medicine in a dynamic setting. We are an urgent care clinic that provides affordable care on an out-patient basis. Our fast-paced environment will fully utilize your skills, with consistent opportunities for professional growth and development. We believe in delivering high-quality veterinary medical care by reducing barriers to receive that excellent care.
Hiring for full-time or part-time positions.
As one of our certified veterinary technicians, you are the core of the clinical team at Access Veterinary Care. You’ll be responsible for assisting the veterinarians with sick/injured patients, running laboratory diagnostics, running anesthesia for sedated procedures, assisting with surgery, dental x-rays and prophylaxis, client communication, and performing treatments under the guidance of the veterinarian.
We’re looking for technicians who are looking to take charge and have greater autonomy in case management, who enjoy educating clients and working directly with patients, and who are interested in practicing to the full extent of their training. More advanced CVTs will be provided opportunities to advance your skills and provide a lot of variability!
