Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be available for on-site sessions in Louisville, KY, Georgetown or surrounding areas, with the option to provide telehealth services. Experience with virtual therapy and digital platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions in-person or via our secure telehealth platform.

Conduct comprehensive assessments to address mental health and addiction needs, including trauma, PTSD, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.

Offer crisis intervention services when necessary.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent in Kentucky.

Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.

Comfortable working with telehealth platforms and technology.

Knowledge of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
