We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, demonstrating strong clinical judgment, and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities: • Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, including range of motion, strength, balance, and functional abilities. • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, physician orders, and evidence-based practices. • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and other interventions to improve patient outcomes. • Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and home care strategies. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge summaries. • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications: • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Kentucky. • Experience as a licensed Physical Therapist. • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and rehabilitation principles. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems. • Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines. • Bilingual - English/Spanish is a plus. Compensation: $35 - $80 hourly
