About Metroplex 360: Metroplex 360 is one of the largest Matterport capture providers in the U.S., delivering 3D tours, real estate photography, and marketing media to homebuilders, property managers, and national platforms. We complete over 200 projects per week across the country, and our HQ in Frisco, TX supports a dynamic team of field technicians and account managers.

What You’ll Do: As the Operations & Admin Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in the success of our nationwide operations by supporting our team, streamlining processes, and solving problems before they even appear.
Manage internal communications and scheduling with precision and urgency
Support the coordination of our nationwide field technician team
Communicate with clients and vendors professionally and proactively
Update and maintain internal tools and systems (Slack, Dropbox, Job Management Software)
Track and execute logistics, assist with project planning, and manage task workflows
Take on special projects and administrative tasks with ownership and accountability
Be the “go-to” person that team members rely on—you’re the difference between chaos and clarity
