About the Role:

Join TINY TOES DAYCARE LLC, as a Full Time Preschool Teacher in Redding, CA! This is an exciting opportunity to nurture young minds and create a fun, engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Monitor and assess children's development and progress.

Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.

Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.

Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs.

Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Minimum of 12 ECE units with 3 infant ECE's

1 year previous experience working with preschool-aged children and/or infants preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Passion for teaching and nurturing young children.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Positive attitude and a commitment to creating a supportive learning atmosphere.
