We are currently looking for a Full-Time Preschool Teacher (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) to join our caring and energetic team. Our teachers have the opportunity to do their best work every day in a modern, state-of-the-art center while helping our preschool learners grow through play, discovery, creativity, and meaningful connections.

🍎 Role Responsibilities

Create a warm, welcoming classroom where preschool children can learn, explore, and grow.

Foster independence, creativity, and confidence through engaging activities and play-based learning.

Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in ways that support each child’s developmental and academic growth.

Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress, daily experiences, and milestones.

Collaborate with leadership and fellow teachers to support classroom success and overall school goals.

Build strong, positive relationships with families and coworkers to create a supportive learning community.

🎓 Qualifications

High School Diploma required

1+ year of experience in a preschool classroom preferred

One of the following is also a plus:

Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Current CDA Certification

Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices

Must meet state licensing requirements.
