📋 The Role

This is a full-time position covering a wide range of physical and technical tasks, including:

• Landscaping: Professional mowing, weed eating, and general yard maintenance.

• Maintenance: Light carpentry, fencing repairs, and exterior painting.

• General Upkeep: Ensuring all four properties are clean, functional, and well-maintained.

• Reliable Transportation: Must have your own truck and be willing to drive between the locations.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to work comfortably in the North Carolina summer heat for extended periods.

• Clean Background: Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening (No criminal record).
