Clinical Leadership Responsibilities • Serve as the lead clinician when working with QMHPs, Peer Recovery Specialists, and other support staff, as permitted by licensure status. • Ensure clinical services provided by support staff are accurate, ethical, and compliant. • Provide clinical guidance to support accurate assessments, therapy delivery, and documentation. • Escalate clinical, supervision, or safety concerns to supervisors or leadership as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications • Active Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) credential in Virginia OR license-eligible status as an LMHP-Resident, LMHP-Supervisee, or equivalent recognized by the Commonwealth of Virginia. • Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. • Experience providing individual and group therapy, assessments, crisis intervention, and community-based mental health services. • Working knowledge of DBHDS and DMAS regulations applicable to community stabilization services. • Ability to practice within scope of licensure and supervision requirements.
