🩺 What You’ll Do (Full-Time Role)

Complete SOC, ROC, Recerts, Routine Visits, and Discharges

Provide high-quality skilled nursing care (wound care, meds, assessments, education)

Observe and report changes in patient condition

Collaborate closely with physicians, families, DON, and office staff

Complete accurate, timely documentation in Axxess EMR

Manage daily schedule with independence and professionalism

🧩 What We’re Looking For

Active Texas RN License

1+ year of nursing experience (home health preferred but not required)

Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

Reliable transportation & auto insurance

CPR certification

Medicare documentation knowledge is a plus, but we will train you
