Responsibilities: • Build and maintain a database of your sphere of influence • Generate and cultivate buyer and seller leads through outreach and follow-up • Convert assigned and self-generated leads into active clients • Follow a structured team process for lead tracking and client management • Attend daily/weekly team meetings, 1:1s, and lead review sessions • Host multiple open houses (typically weekends) to generate and convert clients • Conduct buyer and listing presentations • Guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction process • Write, negotiate, and manage contracts to close • Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth transaction execution • Participate in team marketing, events, and client engagement efforts Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Strong relationship-building and communication skills • Self-motivated with a strong desire for growth and production • Highly organized and process-driven, while being adaptable • Resourceful problem-solver under pressure • Excellent time management and follow-through • Willingness to learn and execute proven systems, tools, and technologies • Professional, dependable, and ethical Compensation: $87,500 - $123,500 at-plan commission
