About the Role We’re seeking full-time, investor-friendly Realtors who are motivated by performance, passionate about real estate, and ready to dive headfirst into a high-reward career.

You’ll represent buyers and sellers across Ohio and gain access to exclusive off-market deals, hands-on mentorship, and direct support to purchase your first rental or flip property.

What You’ll Do

Real Estate Brokerage & Sales

Represent clients in real estate transactions across Ohio

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals

Analyze deals with investor clients and help them build portfolios

Guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction process

Build your personal brand and client base

Investment & Wealth Building

Access off-market deals through our proven systems

Learn how to evaluate deals, estimate renovations, and assess ROI

Receive mentorship on buying your own rental or flip property
