Key Responsibilities

Medical Operations & Clinical Excellence

Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular (IM) shots, tailoring each experience to client needs.

Educate and engage clients about the benefits of IV nutrients and wellness services.

Conduct and monitor Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.

Utilize diagnostic and lab services to help clients optimize their wellness.

Maintain detailed and accurate medical records.

Ensure all services meet medical and compliance standards under the guidance of the Medical Director.

Communicate promptly with medical providers regarding client experiences or concerns.

Deliver outstanding therapeutic communication — every interaction should Thrill the Client.

Assist with in-studio services, community wellness events, and Restore-sponsored projects.

Uphold a clean, safe, and professional environment that reflects our commitment to Excellence.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Minnesota)

Minimum 2 years of acute care experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg preferred)

BLS certified

At least 1 year of experience administering injections

Comfortable using electronic medical records systems

Exceptional communication and client service skills

High ethical standards, integrity, and attention to detail

Team-oriented mindset with strong independence and ownership of responsibilities

Commitment to upholding all safety, compliance, and operational standards
