Full-Time Store Supervisor – Redlands Ace Hardware

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Supervisor to help lead our Redlands Ace Hardware team. In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager by keeping daily operations running smoothly, guiding team members, and making sure every customer feels welcome and cared for.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver outstanding customer service in-store and on the phone

Help with store operations, inventory, and merchandising

Train, coach, and support team members

Step in to lead when the Store Manager is away

Ensure the store is safe, organized, and customer-ready

Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm

Saturday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

Sunday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
