Job Summary: Our PM serving team is responsible for providing high quality service and guiding our guests through their dining experience. Must be able to learn food & beverage menus thoroughly, answer guest questions, and navigate guest dietary restrictions. Ideal candidate has enthusiasm for excellent hospitality, experience serving in a fine dining setting, and is comfortable navigating a non-traditional wine list.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or similar setting

ABC certified or able to complete certification within 30 days of hire

Strong food and beverage knowledge

Wine service experience

Agave based spirit knowledge a plus

Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50lbs
