Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in South Park in finding a Full-Time Summer Nanny for their 15-month-old son and 3-year-old daughter. The nanny would be needed Monday - Friday, 7:30/8:00 am - 2:30/3:00 pm.

The best nanny for this family would be warm, loving, responsible, energetic, and an excellent communicator who works well as part of a team with both parents. The ideal candidate will genuinely enjoy engaging with children through active play, educational activities, and meaningful experiences that support their growth and development. This role also requires flexibility and teamwork with a stay-at-home mom, including dividing and conquering responsibilities when coordinating children’s activities, appointments, and daily schedules.

This family is seeking a nanny who is focused on educational enrichment and developmental milestones while creating a nurturing, stimulating, and fun environment for the children. An ideal fit will enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, encouraging learning through play, and supporting the children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development. The family values an active lifestyle and would love someone who enjoys taking the children out into the community for enriching activities such as trips to the park, music class, My Gym, The Grove, swimming, and other interactive outings. A hands-on, playful nanny who is excited to actively participate with the children throughout the day would be a wonderful fit for this family.

Nanny Responsibilities Include:

• Meeting daily scheduling needs of the child (Feeding, Changing, Napping)

• Engaging with the child on an age-appropriate level

• Playing with the child both inside and outside the home

• Doing hands-on learning activities with the child

Household Duties Include (Children are first priority):

• Children’s laundry and changing children’s sheets weekly

• Children’s meal prep, including healthy lunches and occasional dinners

• Unloading/loading dishwasher

• Wiping down kitchen counters

• Sanitizing toys and frequently used surfaces by the children

• Emptying diaper trash

Qualifications:

• Have at least 3 years of professional nanny experience

• Have a college degree or equivalent experience

• Have a professional resume

• Fill out a complete online application

• Pass a pre-screening interview with Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency

• Pass a national background check, including a driving record check

• Have a valid driver’s license

• Have safe and reliable transportation

• Have a minimum of three professional references

• Be non-smoking/vaping

• CPR and First Aid Certified

• Must be able to swim

• Nanny should be fluent in English; any additional languages are a plus

Start Date, Salary, and Benefits:

• This position starts June 15th and ends ideally August 21st, but has flexibility for an earlier end date

• Legal pay is offered at $28 - $30 an hour, depending on experience.

• Continued pay while the family is away

• Paid Mileage for driving on the Job
