Job Description: Roll and Co. is an exciting new addition to the vibrant culinary scene in Brea, CA. We specialize in Vietnamese build your own spring rolls served in a fast-casual setting, providing customers with fresh, healthy, and delicious options. As a brand new establishment in the bustling Brea Mall food court, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and a memorable dining experience to our guests.

We’re looking for a full-time team member who’s dependable, quick on their feet, and excited to grow into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare fresh ingredients and roll spring rolls with care and speed

Assist with register, customer orders, and drink prep

Learn and execute opening/closing routines

Keep the line and prep area clean, stocked, and organized

Work alongside the team to keep operations running smoothly

Be trained to take on additional responsibilities and leadership tasks over time

📍 Location: Brea Mall Food Court 🕒 Schedule: Full-time, must be available weekends 💵 Pay: $16.50 hr (starting) + tip pool (averaging an extra $4 per hour)
