Full-Time Temporary Nanny in Sherwood Forest for an 11-Month-Old Girl
Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Sherwood Forest (South Charlotte, Cotswold area) in finding a Full-Time Temporary (6-months) Nanny for their 11-month-old daughter. If a successful fit, the family intends to renew the contract long term. The nanny would typically be needed Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (40 hours). Note that the family anticipates moving to the Matthews area in the Spring, so must be able to make that commute when the family moves.
The best nanny for this family would be developmentally focused, highly organized, and proactive. This family is seeking a collaborative partner who has a strong background and formal training/credentials in early childhood education. The nanny should be highly organized, an excellent communicator, and comfortable with a screen-free environment for the baby. A positive, nurturing attitude is essential, as well as a willingness to be flexible and align with the parents’ preferred parenting methods. The family is looking for someone who will plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that will encourage growth and support their daughter’s well-rounded development. The parents value open communication and welcome ideas and suggestions from their nanny. Their daughter enjoys reading books, playing with blocks, and practicing walking and climbing in the playroom. As trust is built and the child grows, the nanny will be encouraged to plan enriching outings in the community. The parents work a hybrid at-home/in-office schedule. At the start date, mom will be working from home and will be available as needed while the nanny acclimates.
