    We are currently looking for a Full-Time Toddler Teacher (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) to join our caring and energetic team. Our teachers have the opportunity to do their best work every day in a modern, state-of-the-art center, while helping our little learners grow through play, discovery, and meaningful connections.

    Create a warm, welcoming classroom where toddlers can learn, play, and grow.

    Use a growth mindset to nurture curiosity and inspire a love of learning.

    Implement the L.E.A.P. CurriculumĀ® in ways that support each child’s individual development.

    Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.

    Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s daily activities and milestones.

    Work closely with leadership and team members to support classroom success and enrollment goals.

    Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a positive learning community.

    High School Diploma

    1+ year of experience in a toddler classroom preferred

    One of the following is also a plus:

    Associate’s Degree

    Current CDA Certification

    Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices

    Must meet state licensing requirements
