We are hiring a professional and reliable unarmed security guard for a first-shift, fixed-post assignment in Phoenix, AZ 85009. This role is ideal for candidates who are alert, dependable, and committed to maintaining a safe and orderly environment at a high-traffic facility.

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (First Shift)

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85009

Primary Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access to the facility

Maintain a strong security presence to deter unauthorized activity

Provide basic directions and assist visitors when needed

Stay within assigned post and maintain full awareness of surroundings

Report safety issues, incidents, or suspicious behavior immediately

Use two-way radio to communicate and follow all site-specific instructions

Minimum Requirements:

Valid Arizona unarmed guard card (required)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Neat, professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to stay alert and on-foot during entire shift

Previous security experience preferred but not required

Additional Notes:

This is a non-patrol, stationary post

Shade or cover is provided for outdoor assignments

On-site training and orientation provided prior to starting
