Compensation: $80-$130/session (Variable rate based on insurance/payor)

We offer monthly in-service training, case consultation, and opportunities for growth and development. Our compensation plan is more generous than most with fees of $80-$130 per session for LMFT’s, LCSW’s, and LPCC’s and more for licensed psychologists.

Full-time is defined as a minimum of 25 patient sessions per week with F/T compensation at approximately $110,000 for master’s level clinicians. For those clinicians who are comfortable seeing more than 25 patients per week, income would be higher, but we encourage optimum work-life balance. We offer medical and dental benefits, a 401K plan, CE reimbursement, plus incentives to full-time W-2 employees.
Requirements and Qualifications
California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC (or licensed clinical psychologist)
LMFT’s, LCSW’s and LPCC’s: Master’s degree from accredited university
Psychologists: Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or educational psychology from an APA accredited program
Minimum of 5+ yrs experience (including pre-licensure internships)
Commitment to see a minimum of 15 patients per week with no other private practice or group practice commitments
For full-time employees, a commitment to see a minimum of 25 patients per week
Flexibility with a hybrid delivery model requiring at least one day a week in the office for in-person sessions. Additional days in the office are welcomed
